Black truffle Hokkaido scallop handmade pasta - The chef was generous with the serving of scallop, which was huge and fresh in taste. Handmade pasta was made in the shape of screw nuts, which was chewy and flavourful, with strong black truffle taste.
Papa yellow salad - The serving was huge, with salad, grilled sliced chicken, mango, avocado and tomato etc in it. They were fresh and crunchy, with homemade vinegar salad sauce making it appetizing.
US Angus beef cheese burger with bacon and truffle powder fries - Bun was toasted till soft and crispy and beef patty was tender and juicy, with the cheese and bacon making it cheesy and flavourful. Fries was of thick texture, which was fried till soft and crispy. Salad was crunchy and appetizing too. Tomato soup was sweet and refreshing as well.
Margherita pizza was of thin crust, which was very crispy. It was very cheesy and flavourful, with generous serving of tomato and cheese in it.
Iced chocolate and iced peppermint mocha were creamy and rich in cocoa, perfect for chocolate lovers. Hot Korean honey red dates was clear and sweet, soothing for the throat. Iced papa cold brew tea was cooling and refreshing, with strong tea taste.
