假期經過尖沙咀寶勒巷見到花丸可以自製章魚小丸子同埋御好燒幾得意咁決定試試八爪魚花丸燒坐底見到枱面已經有齊幾款調味醬料;起初唔識會怕難整但係餐廳非常貼心提供埋整作流程圖每個步驟都有詳細註解加上蛋漿已經事先調好唔怕失敗;配料除左八爪魚同年糕仲有比較少見嘅紅薑粒同天婦羅脆米八爪魚小丸子味道偏淡但係加上各種醬汁食落都算惹味;重點係自己嘅勞動成果好正御好燒雖然配料更多但係相比起小丸子御好燒嘅製作過程比較簡單而且同樣有埋教學圖示簡單易上手
