That was a business dinner so I was able to order without worrying about the price. I order two seasonal dishes that were not on the menu. One was the truffle spaghetti and the other was A5 Wagyu. The truffle spaghetti worth the money, I believe, becoz the portion of sliced black truffle was nearly bigger than that of the spaghetti. But the dish was a bit too salty. For the Wagyu, it was served on the hot pan as other steak. I order a medium for wishing it to melt in my mouth. But it was one of the most chewy beef I’ve tried. 🙄

I also tried a cocktail which I don’t rememeber the name. I paired more attention to the ingredient. The Sakura syrup caught my eyes. It was not a nice cocktail anyway.

In conclusion, I don’t really know how Beefbar got the Michelin star.
