In my memory, I have never tried CitySuper food deli. This time, with the attraction of foods showed in CitySuper ‘Fusion Deli', I tried this time.
I chose the set ($60) with one main dish and 2 side dishes (150g for each dish). Reheat before serving but the food was just warm.

I chose a roasted pork rib for my main dish (150g) and there were 3 medium sized ribs. The appearance of rib was good. Compare with Ruby Tuesday, the sauce of citysuper was less intense and less sauce coating on ribs. But I like this rather than the one in Ruby Tuesday which made me felt like ate sauce rather than ribs because too much sauce on ribs. (I tried ribs in Ruby Tuesday long long time ago and I don’t know the taste now.)This time, the rib was lean. Of course, this would scarify the texture. It was not juicy but still ok.

For the two side dishes, I chose mashed potato with black truffle. There were about 1.5 scoops of mashed potato which had quite black truffle flavour.

The second side dish was sauted asparagus with portabello mushroom. Asparagus was large type and the finishing was a bit yellow. The woody part of asparagus was not completely cut away, too. Fortunately, portabello mushroom was soft and this dish was garlicky.

A bottle of kiwi fruit juice ($24): The black seeds of kiwi were seen in the green juice. The taste was natural and balance between sweetness and sourness.
Other Info. : Note : roasted pork rib $22/100g. Only plastic fork and knife were provided but not convenient for cutting rib. Fortunately, I didn’t mind to use hand with paper to grab the ribs.
