What we ordered:

1. Tiger prawn & green papaya salad
2. Australian A5 Beef (Wagyu) tartare with crispy tendon
3. Nhau spring rolls
4. Fried chicken with Nhau's Siracha and fish sauce caramel
5. Grilled fish salt cured Whole Spring Chicken
6. Machine Men Pale Ale by Yardley Brothers

Environment: More like a chatroom, but overall cosy, can either sit at the bar and enjoy some cocktails, or at the table enjoy the dishes

Food: most impressed by the tartare. One may not expect the crispy cloudlike "rice cake" to actually be fried frozen sliced beef tendon. The whole dish is made of beef (tartare), beef (floss on top) and beef (fried tendon). Another impressive dish is the grilled spring chicken - tender meat and good timing; better request an encore on fish salt with lime juice - refreshing and not salty at all which goes well with the chicken.

Overall: Most dishes come with fish sauces, and pair well with fish sauces. Yet, not getting the strong fish sauce smell you would expect in Vietnamese restaurants. Hidden location, yet do expect full of chatters and spiciness (and no pho for some special reasons)!
