At a quiet alley in Happy Valley finds @locandadellangelo - authentic Sicilian cuisine that impressed my senses!WOW.. from the colours to fragrance... I already surrendered to this dish. With carabineros, the sauce is super rich and filled with prawns flavour! Linguine absolutely al dante with a hint of eggs telling you it’s homemade. I can help to squeeze the head and suck the juice in it, just wow! Finally, I would never waste the delicious sauce and dipped them all with the baguettes!Appetise

Appetiser was Pan Seared Tuna with chopped tomatoes, beetroot and corn. For lunch, I wouldn’t expect it to be fancy, instead, ingredients are really fresh and blends well with the salad. Feeling comfortable and appetising having this antipasti!
