Discovered this place because I was checking out b DIM SUM nearby.The order sheet is similar to those Japanese ramen joints and one side where no one sits reminds me of Japanese ramen bars.The weird but comforting thing was the painting of Elgin Road on the wall with that famous noodle joint in Central. I wonder if Kowlooners/MKer would even know about this famous Dessert noodle joint.Ordered pork knuckle with instant noodles. The pork knuckles were really good because there was a strong red bea

Ordered pork knuckle with instant noodles. The pork knuckles were really good because there was a strong red beancurd flavour to it.
The seaweed was quite reasonable because it was clean and free of sand, however the broth needs improving because it was super salty or perhaps saltiness is a MK thing.
