Kai Tak Sports Park is finally open to public. Went there for a stroll on a day with no event to avoid the crowds and popped into The Pantry Club for a casual dinner. Lobster Fettuccine
One of the daily specials. A scrumptious dish with a whole grilled lobster. Fettuccine in an appetizing tomato sauce with mushrooms and spinach.

The Pantry's Pancake
Soufflé ricotta pancake, as their signature dish, was freshly prepared by order. Soft and fluffy. Made my own combo with fresh fruits, honeycomb butter and cream. Pouring some maple syrup to further enhanced the flavor.
