之前有留意過Yam Cha呢間點心店,就係尖沙咀加連威老道附近,成座樓得幾層有食店,其中一層係Yam Cha,仲有一層係食西餐,叫Urban Park,原來係同一個集團,今日就約咗成班朋友一齊來試試。Urban Park顧名思義就係城市中的公園,原來都冇改錯名,餐廳有個好大嘅露台,行出去係人造草地,如果下午茶時間嚟到可以坐草地食Tea,仲有啲沙發椅俾人喺出邊飲酒,不過當晚我黎到已經天黑了,冇得享受花園美景,所以坐室內。入面裝修都幾型格,暗暗柔和的燈光,另有好大張吧枱,以及各式酒櫃,我們被安排坐沙發位置,座位闊落非常舒適。先來一杯免費Special Drink,只需要在facebook上打卡便可以每人得到一杯。估唔到送嘅都咁好飲,special drink呈冰藍色,一望到已經透心涼,飲落有檸檬、青檸及梳打味,甜度亦剛剛好。先來一口法包作為前菜,清清味蕾,旁邊還有黑松露牛油。Fresh "tea pot" Bouillabaisse Soup好精緻既一道菜,入面可見青口、蜆、蝦及魚柳。上枱之後店員會再倒入以茶壺盛載的法式海龍皇湯,呈橙色既湯底入口有陣陣龍蝦湯的味道,原來湯底係用魚肉、魚骨和

好精緻既一道菜,入面可見青口、蜆、蝦及魚柳。上枱之後店員會再倒入以茶壺盛載的法式海龍皇湯,呈橙色既湯底入口有陣陣龍蝦湯的味道,原來湯底係用魚肉、魚骨和蝦殻等熬成,而魚柳頗嫩滑而青口及蜆都乾淨新鮮,配搭龍蝦湯就好似飲緊海鮮湯咁。

另一道精緻小菜,名義上係法式燉蛋,不過入面充滿左蟹肉,入口蛋白係暖暖的,非常滑,外面仲包住一層南瓜蓉,店員話蛋係放入焗爐隔水燉,之後再用火槍隔住個鐵模燒,先做到咁滑既效果,果然考功夫。

呢個意粉可能係我食過最好食的龍蝦意粉,因為一般既意粉係同醬汁分開,但呢個意粉係滲透哂龍蝦汁喺入面,除左麵質彈牙之外,仲食到濃濃既龍蝦味,原來個汁用龍蝦殻+蝦殻+新鮮蕃茄熬成,唔怪得知味道甘香濃,以傳統方法捲起意粉上枱,而且新鮮原條龍蝦連條尾,龍蝦肉彈牙,再配上魚子醬很美味。

點解禽流感都有雞食?原來啤酒雞係採用阿根廷雞,所以可以放心食用,雞內醃有大量雜菜、香草同清島黑啤,所以一切開隻雞就大量啤酒味湧出黎。雞肉都幾多而且嫩,因為用左慢煮方法,但入口就唔覺得好濃啤酒味,可能煮既過程酒精已經揮發了。
另外餐廳仲整左一瓶醬油,內有雞油及黑啤,真正原汁原味,如果覺得唔夠味可以自己隨意添加,好有心思。

心太軟一向是我的最愛,好喜歡佢濃濃既朱古力味同流心既效果,外層香脆,切開心太軟中間,暖暖既朱古力會慢慢流出黎,朱古力係55c belgium,朱古力濃度70%,入口唔會太甜,再配上雲尼拿雪糕同旁邊既生果,口感不錯。
