I love Mediterranean/ Greek food, so I’ve bookmarked every Mediterranean restaurant in Hong Kong, aiming to discover the best one💛 Visited OPA recently - located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui at the Junction of Hart Avenue & Chatham Road, OPA is a chill bistro that offers quality Meditreanean cuisine. The pan-seared scallops were cooked perfectly with golden brown crust🤤 Portobello was juicy🍄 What a healthy, light and tasty dish💖 The “pearls” on top of the scallops - thought they were salmon roes, but turned out to be sweet😲😲 Interesting😆
