For the rice dish we picked the layer pork cutlet, really unusual in that the have layered slices of pork to form the 'chop' that you normally get as a cutlet. Meat was juicy and the egg light and fluffy with a nice subtle flavouring.

For the noodle dish we ordered the pork and ginger soup ramen. The soup had a nice strong ginger flavour which was not overpoweringly 'hot' and the slices of pork were thinly sliced absorbing the soup.
