難得呢排公司冇咁忙,可以準時收工,放工一於去chill下!今次就去咗銅鑼灣食嘢,喺利園附近嘅希雲街,有幾間唔同類型嘅餐廳,我哋就去咗一間集合日本菜和酒吧嘅餐廳食飯!呢間餐廳叫Bilibala,主打日本菜和酒,我同朋友都叫咗唔少嘢食,等我向大家推介下!首先,有我好鍾意食嘅燒雞泡魚乾,廚師燒到夠哂焦,食落非常香口,仲有蛋黃醬一齊食,正!跟著呢個胡麻黑豚沙律,好特別,用咗豚肉,令呢個沙律冇咁寡,撈埋胡麻醬食好好味。去食日本嘢一定要叫燒明太子,我呢個明太子怪,食過無數咁多次,今次算唔錯,除咗燒到啱啱好之外,仲夾埋青瓜一齊食,唔會太鹹。 除咗食肉之外,都要食下菜,呢個燒千両茄子學咗燒八爪魚丸咁,放咗啲燒木魚碎好好味,完全唔似食茄子咁呀;仲有個好特別嘅日本舞茸同小辣椒,舞茸都幾大個,好爽口,唔錯;小辣椒微辣,都可以。呢間餐廳嘅串燒都幾好食,有好特別嘅燒雞心,爽爽哋,幾好味;免治雞肉串係呢度嘅主打,所有雞肉係鋪頭自己整同調味,食嘅時候加一隻生雞蛋,滑滑哋,好日本!成晚最正嘅就係呢個燒北海道帶子,大大隻刺身用帶子,燒完好多汁,頂級,鮮味十足!最後,食番個來自沖繩嘅燒菠蘿,非常甜,食到飽哂!最尾整番杯梅
