🥢Homemade Fettuccine
以前以為所有意粉都叫Pasta, 去了一轉意大利就知道Fettuccine = 寛條麵,自家製寛條麵加上Herbs and cheese ,芝士味較香濃突出,伴以鮮美的羊肚菌汁,新鮮既麵條較有咬勁質感,新鮮羊肚菌既生長期只有不足2星期,所以在意大利係好珍貴既食物,值得欣賞既菜式。

iBERICO PORK PLUMA
外型絕對係牛唔係「豬」,看似半熟牛肉,中央粉紅、外圍深紅、外層褐色見煎烤烙印,不吃不知,吃過依然矇混,真係「豬」嗎?原來因為食材係伊比利豬,呢隻豬生長緩慢、肌肉纖維特別能保存脂肪加上於天然橡果林以橡果飼養,所以係唯一可以只整5成熟既豬✅嚼勁如牛肉,但完全無筋係「豬」唔係牛,充滿香味,肉質上乘,真心推薦,每一吓皆是回味無窮。
