To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係大學year 1、2嘅時候會同朋友夜晚出去旺角食黑x，貪佢夜晚有折扣，估唔到原來銅鑼灣呢一間日式餐廳喺九點之後都有特價時段，有半價、八五折壽司同八五折嘅菜式！特價時段嘅菜式係需要透過手機落單，連接店舖嘅Wi-Fi，再scan 點餐專用嘅QR code，就可以去到手機點餐嘅頁面，餐單上嘅壽司標示價格係正價，最後埋單嘅時候就會有折。同朋友係窮學生jj，所以淨係點左半價壽司，半價壽司嘅選擇都有好多，叫左三文魚、赤海蝦、玉子、醋青魚、鰻魚、蟹棒、蟹籽、香蔥碎吞拿魚腩、甜蝦、鱆紅、海膽、劍魚腩、花之戀、腐皮、希靈魚、龍蝦沙律、魷魚、活立魚壽司，兩個人叫咗27件😂！同朋友叫左嘅壽司，單件折後最貴$14，最平$4，好抵！所有壽司都無難聞嘅腥味，用料新鮮，而壽司飯係手握的，有爭x嘅價錢，但遠高於爭x嘅質素！特別要推薦一下以下壽司：醋青魚壽司（折後$5）、鰻魚壽司（折後$6）同甜蝦壽司（折後$7）～醋青魚壽司，即用醋醃製的鯖魚，食落微酸而帶魚嘅鮮甜，非常開胃！鰻魚壽司，鰻魚有用火槍燒過，食落有燒灼過嘅香味，係哩度咁多件壽司之中我心目中嘅No.1！甜蝦壽司用大大隻甜蝦一條，蝦肉食落鮮甜而無腥味，好食！
