To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工食埋飯先走，想食日本野，近近地去咗金百利搵食。餐廳好貼心俾咗個信封放口罩，每枱又放咗枝消毒噴霧清潔餐具或雙手，食客食得安心又放心。赤貝壽司 - 好爽口，鍾意個口感海蝦壽司 - 彈牙油甘魚壽司 - 肥美鰻魚壽司 - 鰻魚汁夠惹味三文魚海膽丼 - 海膽新鮮，冇腥味；三文魚大大塊，夠肥美。跟飯有麵豉湯燒魷魚筒 - 少辣嘅泡菜汁淋上魷魚筒，好特別，似韓式多過日式，同燒汁一樣咁好食。牛肉壽喜燒 - 好鍾意個湯，甜甜地，唔覺唔覺就會食哂。肉同蔬菜比例平均，唔驚會好膩。
