Restaurant: Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間印度buffet雖然係樓上店,但係我估唔到上邊嘅環境係咁舒服,同埋精緻,值得一讚係服務員Terry嘅招待超級好呢!印度咖喱仲好啱香港人口味添!一坐低就有餐前小食, 脆脆嘅薄餅同埋dosa. 其中Dosa嘅食法好搞笑,將好清新嘅Mint sauce 倒入去個dosa入邊再一口食咗佢,再乾杯埋剩低嘅sauce 😎 Terry 仲話如果唔係我哋要返工,係可以將嗰啲sauce變成vodka😂 Buffet area 有好多款小食同埋甜品。當然唔少得咖喱啦!其中一款大蝦咖喱仲係冬天嘅特別款式,微微辣,好暖身呢。而我最鍾意嘅就係Butter Chicken。有牛油香嘅咖喱再點埋naan真係一流呀!lunch buffet仲可以有杯免費野飲,連平時出邊要加錢先可以飲到嘅rose/Mango lassi 都得啊!(◔◡◔) ♥ 人均傷害:$160
