我地今日黎試新餐廳,係中環砵甸乍街,行左一下先搵到。今次沒有太大期望,因為呢排試左幾間新餐廳都係不外如是。佢位於一棟新大廈既7樓,環境裝修精緻,感覺舒服,可以喎!有露台比吸煙人士,仲有個private corner添!是日午餐menu👇🏻前菜一人一款試哂佢,主菜叫左duck同beef sirloin。先上餐前麵包👇🏻,係sourdough!好味呀!!麵包係暖既,外表香脆可口,讚👍🏻仲有佢舊homemade butter,大讚!!seaweed同墨西哥甜椒味,超好味!我地4塊麵包食左人地2塊牛油!麵包同牛油都可以refill既,超抵讚!👇🏻呢個前前菜,唔記得左係咩同牛奶打成既foam,灑上洋蔥粉同海膽粉。黎到前菜,先有65度free range溫泉蛋配parmesan foam同炒粟米👇🏻,譯名大概係咁。佢重點介紹個parmesan foam,牛奶煮滾左熄火先加parmesan,咁樣芝士先唔會燶....etc. 炒粟米好甜,食得出佢係一條粟米度刨出黎,並不是現成粟米粒。但比起個炒粟米,我覺得以下呢碟更出色!佢叫炒蘑菇蝦慕司意粉👇🏻賣相鋪排夠哂特別,之前未見過將意粉卷成一餅,再中間圈住啡色

但比起個炒粟米,我覺得以下呢碟更出色!佢叫炒蘑菇蝦慕司意粉👇🏻賣相鋪排夠哂特別,之前未見過將意粉卷成一餅,再中間圈住啡色個啲汁好似係蘑菇雞汁?上面有炒蘑菇同個條蝦慕司,蝦慕司食落好似魚肉腸咁,不過再淋身啲,成碟味道同賣相都一流👍🏻十個like!

黎到主菜,先黎介紹我碟鴨腿👇🏻🤩其實我唔多鍾意叫鴨腿,就算有幾高級,要整得好食既鴨腿好難,唔係肉質好似煲湯瘦肉咁,就係味道差啲。但呢碟鴨腿真!係!不得了!!!好出色!超驚喜!外酥內軟!!肉質唔算’鞋’,塊鴨皮焗到金香可口,入口即溶,食完仲有齒頰留香既感覺!佢話煮法係先油浸slow cook,再240度焗爐焗番香脆,太好食喇!旁邊仲有紅酒煮葱頭,蕎麥同薯蓉😍必試菜式!

跟住係Beef Sirloin👇🏻要再加多$95嫁。好好食,真係好好食!佢話佢係Dried age左一星期,再slow cook,再煎。好用心姐😍個棵燒椰菜花個樣雖然衰衰咁,但好好食嫁!

既然前面既菜式層出不窮,無理由唔試埋個甜品。👇🏻就係呢個甜品,我扣左佢少少分。首先等左好耐,我明既,廚房睇得出做唔切,廚師得3個,同時其他枱又要上前菜同主菜,真係做唔切我明既。但萬眾期待既甜品,名為yoghurt foam with mango and cocoa foil,yoghurt foam真係好foam,食落一陣風咁,唔知邊part係cocoa foil🧐跟住再食唔出有咩特別.....有啲失望

食完出到門口見到佢呢個mission,真係講得好好,我覺得佢做到了!雖然甜品失左少少分,但整體上好出色!無阻我番去再試既決心💪🏻好快,晚餐再見!絕對值得一試的餐廳!❤️
