To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來打算今日去愉景森林, 但太凍喇, 擔心係室外變雪條最後選擇左係室外, 係openrice又有d人氣既千両試試~打電話去想book位, 竟然話無得book要walk-in, 諗住早少少落去啦, 點知12:10pm去到, 門口已經有20幾30人等緊! 拎左飛仔, 仲有20張檯.....算, 當行一陣....好彩半個鐘返黎後, 再等多十幾分鐘就到我地, 不過都等左45分鐘... = ="入面d位其實唔多, 係迴轉壽司式, 迴轉既位有少少窄, 不過張高椅好舒服, 而且有個位「long」腳, 算唔錯望到迴轉帶上既壽司同刺身都好新鮮喎, 雖然款唔算超多, 不過寫住木牌, 知道之後個幾碟係咩, 唔錯~ 我地食左唔少野...三文魚, 甜蝦, 蟹籽, 藍鰭吞拿魚, 鰻魚, 帶子... 樣樣都超新鮮, 刺身唔算厚, 但好大塊, 特別係帶子, 又厚又大粒! 埋單$410/3位, 17碟, 都ok呀~不過等位幾耐...大家要預留時間了...
