To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

CEO是我的一個同學，她在銀行做過實習就叫她做CEO，她很好用薪水請我們這班三五成群的學生吃飯。元氣是她的最愛，這也是我第一次來元氣吧。感覺上環境很乾淨，在這吃三文魚也比較放心，三文魚吃下去也是滑的、油脂平均。每塊刺身也是厚身的，吃下去十分肥美、啖啖肉。我個人對三文魚比較情有獨鐘，每次吃都一定要吃刺身才覺得對得住自己。生8爪魚也是很美味，切的紋路很好，咬下去也是滑的、不腥的。鰻魚就沒什麼特別吧。不過元氣比較貴，我想應該為了和朋友出去吃才會吃的，自己一個去吃就不了。
