Wanted to try this for long. I ordered a truffle set (over HK$300) and my husband had a chef recommended set (around HK$270).My truffle set: Parma ham with breaded mozarella and rocket salad, pan-fried foie gras on apple piece, truffle cream soup, green apple sorbet, angel hair in truffle sauce, french style pigeons in truffle sauce, signature mango parfait, hot tea with lemon (Wine: French Jean Jean Chardonnay, HK$30/glass if accompanied with a dinner set).Husband's set: Scallop on butter spina

Husband's set: Scallop on butter spinach, pan-fried foie gras on apple piece, tomato seafood clear soup, french steak and deep-fried wonton stuffed with veggies, warm chocolate pudding, illy coffee (Wine: Bordeaux chateau du pin red).
Foie gras - very big piece and fresh, dissolves once on palate
Truffle set was all along of upper quality. The tomato seafood soup of my hubby's set was not tasting great enough
The two mains are spectacular, the chef really used his heart in preparing these
Mango parfait is home-made, very smooth and rick milk flavour
Reasonable price and serving speed. The basket of bread before the meal was also "french"!
