UCC is an ok place for you to rest tired feet and grab a bite to eat while shopping in Harbour City. However, surprisingly for a Japanese chain, service is more like a cha chaan teng.If you stick to the Japanese classics (curry, "hamburger", egg rice), the food is decent, although not outstanding. The spaghetti is a bit marginal but still edible. However, their desserts are pretty good but more delicate/lighter flavor than many desserts in Hong Kong. We got a Chocolate Waffle, which was very good

UCC is an ok place for you to rest tired feet and grab a bite to eat while shopping in Harbour City. However, surprisingly for a Japanese chain, service is more like a cha chaan teng.

If you stick to the Japanese classics (curry, "hamburger", egg rice), the food is decent, although not outstanding. The spaghetti is a bit marginal but still edible.

However, their desserts are pretty good but more delicate/lighter flavor than many desserts in Hong Kong. We got a Chocolate Waffle, which was very good, although the plate was too warm, resulting in the ice cream melting significantly by the time it reached the table

The main downside is that service is pretty spotty, with the server very loud in clearing the tables (eg tossing cutlery and plates around) and having to ask multiple times for water
