i saw the owner behind the goose etc and doubt if he even knows what is cooked here.

This place is for people who like their food "very salty" very disappointed.
Other Info. : contrary to what the other reviews say, this is not the oldest chou chow restaurant, the oldest in in Sheung Hing in Sheung Wan
