The char siu was cooked well and marinated in sauce well so it infused with the meat very well. The meat was tender and tasted very nicely. The eggs were soft, smooth, silky and tasted very nice. Unfortunately these two items were just topped on top of the rice so all three items did not mix very well. The Rice was just an added ingredient but did not match very well. Would have suggested they mix the rice with the other items when cooking to really help infuse the flavours. Otherwise it tasted
