Who else also thinks chashu is always not enough in a ramen that it has to be saved to the last?!😂 To me this proportion of chashu and ramen is just right👌🏻 The thin slices of meats are perfectly cooked - tender and smooth, but relatively thin without fats🥓The broth is pretty standard, not too salty or too plain🍜 Love the garlic and chilli sauce they provide which can slightly twist the taste of the broth after adding🧄🌶
