Pici by Pirata has recently launched the "Chasing Cheese" menu where diners can enjoy a vast variety of cheese from different parts of Italy. My personal picks are the Baked Tomino "In Camicia" and the Maccheroni Truffle & Gorgonzola. The Baked Tomino had a soft and gooey texture and a caramelised crust. The cured and lightly smoked ham added a smoky flavor similar to bacon but without a lot of extra rendered fat. The rosemary honey pairs perfectly with the cheese, such comforting combo.

The Maccheroni pasta was perfect as always - perfectly al-dente with a firm resistance. The gorzonzola cheese sauce was incredibly rich and creamy. The pasta had loads of truffle shavings, giving the pasta that pungent yet comforting truffle and cheese aroma.

Our meal ended on a high note with the creative creation of Pici - The Burrara Cheesecake. The cheesecake was smooth and creamy. It went well with the sweet and sour tomatoes and strawberry compote.
