To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺香港周不時都會食到海南雞飯，不過試咗好多間，仍然鍾情Chatterbox。幾間分店之中，K11 Musea座位較舒適，而且上菜時間快，可以係繁忙之中嘆下。文華海南雞飯「海南雞飯始祖」呢個名都唔係浪得虛名！招牌文華海南雞飯肉質嫩滑，油飯香。今次部分位置係雞胸，正啱我口味，亦可加錢轉無骨雞髀。白胡椒肉骨茶配白飯白胡椒粒食落好暖胃。腩排肉腍嫩滑，做餸一流。另外配有油炸鬼、豆卜及金菇，非常滋味。而家見佢都有幾間分店，希望再開多幾間，各區都食到！

「海南雞飯始祖」呢個名都唔係浪得虛名！
招牌文華海南雞飯肉質嫩滑，油飯香。
今次部分位置係雞胸，正啱我口味，亦可加錢轉無骨雞髀。
