To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過橋米線（+$2 for tomato soup)-I usually enjoy the whole bowl of noodles myself, and will be very full after eating eat. However, this big bowl of noodles definitely can be shared among friends.-There are so many ingredients inside, ham, beef, chicken , pork liver , and 10 more different things which make this great in terms of value of money. There are so many ingredients inside, ham, beef, chicken , pork liver , and 10 more different things which make this great in terms of value of money. The portion of noodles is also very big. And I like how the noodles taste, it’s chewy so it can slow down my eating speed. All those ingredients taste fine as well. Therefore this is the dish I eat every time in this restaurant.
