There always seems to be a huge line outside this tiny local cafe. When we had a little time today we finally decided to see what the fuss is all about. The decor is very basic and the staff is very friendly although very rushed. We also shared a round table with no elbow room with two other couples, so it was not a fancy dining experience by any means.

Still, the food was pretty decent and VERY VERY CHEAP. The whole bill came out to less than 100 hkd for two. The pineapple buns with blocks of butter in them are delicious and most of our order came to us within five minutes of our sitting down. I loved the smooth~as~silk milk tea, which was quite bracing. One of our rice things~chicken feet and steamed ribs~took about 25 minutes to make though, so be warned that some dishes may take longer than you'd expect. Also? Not a healthy eating place, as there didn't seem to be one green thing on the menu.

A very cheap, basic and solid meal.
