To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Cheap and yum noodles

This place offers yummy noodles with a large size and cheap prices. I like their crossing-the-bridges noodle the most. It is around fifty dollars but is huge and has many side dishes. I like their meatballs, pork and fish balls the most. The fat part of the pork is chewy and soft that it melts in your mouth while the lean meat is tender and yummy. I usually share it with another person so end up, one person just need to pay below thirty dollars. I like their soup too, especially the spicy one!
