The Coffee Academics ( 瑧蓺) (Closed)

The coffee and food here is okay, but had a recent experience where I got pastries takeaway and they still charged me a service charge of 10%! Luckily I checked my receipt before I left, but even after bringing it to the staffs attention, they still gave me back the wrong change. Ended up leaving even though they refunded me less than the 10% because I was in a rush. Considering that a coffee here is quite expensive, you would think that they would be more careful to not overcharge for services
