I have heard so much about Sun Kee’s cheese ramen and it has been on my list to try for a while, finally, my chance is here! They are famous for their cheese ramen with seared pork jowl, naturally, that is what I got to start with! Their cheese sauce on the noodles was good! It was very cheesy and it does not have that cheap Kraft taste! It is quite salty but I loved it, it was good with the ramen, which is not salted. To my surprise, the texture of the noodle was on point too! Pork jowl was nicely seasoned, meat was not too dry and seared on the sides to get that slightly burnt flavor and crispy texture. I liked it! Not a bad choice for a quick cheesy bite!
