To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一路都好鍾意食芝士，又好鍾意去Classified。今次去左天后分店。晚餐有正常menu和dinner set。Surprisingly，有個chesse bite happy hour，可以揀一種芝士50grams，只係$30。Decent decoration！Wide range of wine options!Cheese selection也有不少，有hard, semi-hard, soft等等。咁healthy 嘅我緊係試下 specialty juice，apple orange carrot juice $45 per glass，carrot 味唔係好重，同apple & orange blend得好好。Chili fries配辣椒蛋黃醬好香好正，$35，highly recommend。Cheese bite 揀左semi-soft，50grams唔係好多，都用wood board 上，仲有4塊toasts，都好valued!Roasted bell pepper salad，large bowl $110，加$50有salmon。見到個presentation已

 Roasted bell pepper salad，large bowl $110，加$50有salmon。見到個presentation已經好好食咁，加晒分！salad菜有我like嘅火箭菜，仲有goat cheese、onion、olive、bell peppers，都好豐富。Salmon皮面好crispy，魚肉嫩滑，十分美味。
