This logo caught my eyes when I walked pass Popcorn shopping mall one day. At first I thought, oh well, another Taiwanese milk tea shop under renovation, whatever. A look at the menu gave me some good laugh. It’s typical Tse’s humor. Ice cream with “scent of violently sweating flavour” to go with your drink, and “similar to body fluid”. Hahahahaha, god knows what those mean but who cares?

I didn’t want to have something too heavy nor filling before dinner, so I decided to give this Cheese Cap Earl Grey Tea a try. I was given a plastic straw, which was a mistake. Top tip for drinking cheese cap tea is just sipping it directly from the cup, so that you can taste the cheese cap, and then the tea, and finally a mix of both. So I discarded the straw shortly after and felt bad to the environment. I like the design of the cup, not only just the illustration, but also the practicability. You can adjust the space on the cap for drinking, if your drink has bubbles in it, you can just open up the space wider by swiping the cap, which means that drinking straws are totally not needed!!! So stop providing them and save the environment!!! I wish other Taiwanese drink shops can adopt this cup design.

Alright, back to the drink. The cheese cap was just so so. It wasn’t thick in texture, and didn’t have a strong cheese flavour. The tea was quite nice though, it really had a hint of earl grey tea flavour. Well, I guess I can’t ask for more as I just paid 2x bucks for this large cup of tea.

Nevertheless, I would like to try out the funny drinks on the menu, especially the one with a cupcake mounted on top!
