To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

母親節岩岩過左，媽咪不嬲年年都有同佢同樣係母親既朋友一齊慶祝母親節。年年都會買個蛋糕返黎一齊食。今年就試下jw既蛋糕。jw既蛋糕好出名就聽得多，不過今次都係第一試。揀左newyork cheese cake。由於前一晚打左電話去問，酒店既人話蛋糕店早上7點就會有人係到，只要一開門就打電話去book，當日就可以拎到蛋糕，而且係當日新鮮整，最好食啊，仲可以整埋朱古力牌tim！講翻個蛋糕先，蛋糕一般都預左會甜，但呢個cheesecake一d都唔甜啊！我本身好鍾意食蛋糕，但就唔鍾意食太甜既，呢個簡直對我黎講係完美啊！佢唔係好實既cheesecake，好滑，好香芝士味，下次我都一定會再買黎食！
