I very much love chestnut cake, so I tried a piece of chestnut cake here. It was surprisingly delicious. I like the cake mixed with chestnut mousse with chestnut mash as its topping. The taste is approciate, not so sweet. With a piece of real chestnut, the cake in my mind is worth to try again.
