I did say I'll try their chestnut mousse tart in my last 食評, therefore, since I went to Whampoa today, I would not let myself leave without buying a cake from Baker's Choice. FRUIT TARTS were SOLD OUT !!!No worries, i wanted to try chestnut mousse anyway. HUGE.!! Two layers of chestnut mousse. No worries, i wanted to try chestnut mousse anyway.

HUGE.!! Two layers of chestnut mousse. One sweeter layered ontop of a very light mousse with a thin layer of chocolate sponge cake inside. The base was not exactly a tart, just a biscuit, but kept quite crunchy.

I think it would be better if the inside layer mousse (less sweet layer) changes into sponge cake.

But still, how can I not give it a smile!!
