To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Heard that Samgor is better than other branches and it has chewy noodle. It sounds right and I ordered a Hunan hot style soup based noodle for two with pork, beef, chicken, pork belly, pork liver, ham, fish ball, lettuce, bamboo fungus, minced pork and bean curd sheets. It is a big bowl of noodle with lots of ingredients. The Hunan soup is with pepper and don’t forget to add the chili oil which situated on each table if you like spicy. It is a big bowl of noodle with lots of ingredients. The Hunan soup is with pepper and don’t forget to add the chili oil which situated on each table if you like spicy.

Sichuan hot chicken wings and sliced pork belly with mashed garlic are perfectly cooked, but the pork belly is too oily.
