Tinello is part of the Al dente Group, serving mostly Italian inspired dished. Not everything is authentically Italian, but this night's Chicken Salad for $88HKD was done really above my expectations indeed. The chicken carried a smoky grilled trait that is hard to find, but yet remained softly moist and well seasoned. The salad leaves were accompanied by a nice thick fruity dressing. ~ 9/10
The separate thin Seafood Pizza was also deemed reasonable but not exciting. - But the mussels stand out with flavour impact. What a fun night out indeed!

I like how some shops are so low key, but Quality vs Price Range wise is doing a good enough job. I mean, there are certain Hotel Italian Restaurants around here which are more high end stuff but still can't get the cooking right.
