This shop is located behind the street stalls on Fa Yuen Street. It may be hard to find if you don't know where to look. They sell really old school pastries and one of the items caught my eye one time as I was browsing Fa Yuen Street for bargains. I remember the 光酥餅 I had when I was young was actually big, round, and flat. I remember the 光酥餅 I had when I was young was actually big, round, and flat. Here they sell 光酥餅 in little bite sizes in a prepackaged bag.  For $8 or $9 bucks (can't remember), you get at least 10 pieces. The taste was just like the taste as I remembered from my childhood. The cake was soft with a hint of sweetness. It's dry at first touch and then becomes moist as it comes into contact with the saliva in your mouth, which made it easy to chew and eat. It's hard to stop myself from eating the whole bag in one sitting!
