Visiting my all time childhood favourite cha chaan ting again, it would never be a disappointing idea. I asked for fried noodle, tofu puff and tofu in soy sauce and pan seared tofu. Fried noodle came in a mountain but occupying my stomach as ashes. Promising dark colour for a strong flavourful soy sauce taste. Noodle was perfectly dry with cabbages. Love its crunch.Pan seared tofu was my all time favourite. Slight crispy from the stuffing edge while tofu was rich and smooth. Stuffing still held

Love its crunch.

Pan seared tofu was my all time favourite. Slight crispy from the stuffing edge while tofu was rich and smooth. Stuffing still held even after few bites. Absolutely amazing.

Tofu was silky smooth. Watch out of its burning bite. Love how the tofu fully absorbed all the flavour that even the tofu inner part was marinated in colour. Even it was savoury, the soy taste remained. Tofu puff was again steamy hot. Soft and slight chewy. Every bite was dripping sauce. Absolutely a fast deliciousness I could get in the busy city.
