放工後去咗瑞生酒店的西餐廳食飯。餐廳以黑色為主色調,有酒吧,室內和露天座位。🔸秘魯吞拿魚拌蕃茄莎莎配香烤鱈魚脆片及黑醋汁吞拿魚口感軟滑,加上蕃茄的酸味和黑醋的甜味,令人開胃,鱈魚脆片都幾脆口。🔸蒜片橄欖油封大蝦配佛卡夏多士蝦肉外表乾身,內裏彈牙,亦有濃郁的蒜香和胡椒味,蒜片很脆,多士烤至金黃酥脆,配上有啲辣味的橄欖油很好食。🔸和風原隻璣煮鮑魚配野菌意大利飯鮑魚有掌心咁大隻,肉質腍滑,帶點紫蘇葉的清香,飯有很多菇粒,令飯味道更濃郁,飯的口感係半生熟。🔸慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍架豬鞍勁厚身,以呢個厚度嚟講,肉質都唔算乾身,帶有淡淡的香草味,配上紅酒燴梨汁酸酸甜甜,味道不錯。食親孢子甘藍都覺得難食,因為有苦味,但今次令人驚喜唔抗拒,廚師用咗芥末調味,冇左苦味,仲要覺得好好味。🔸Rosy Romance有淡淡的玫瑰味,味道較酸。🔸Passionate Night果味較多,酸中帶甜。👍🏻雖然孢子甘藍係伴菜,但係由呢個位睇得出廚師有用心去研究食材,唔馬虎。
