要放鬆,就要chill的感覺,在銅鑼灣,灣仔交界的山旮旯地方,要識去才找到好嘢食。真心係隨心隨行,看到特色小店,就入去開心食。人長大了,更需要多點停下來,休息,想一想前程方向。點了燒茄子,泰式炸蝦餅做小食,廚師製作認真,每款也熱辣辣,茄子上加上黃金蒜泥,超級香濃;蝦餅仲有六大塊,好抵食,我們食不停口。當然我們配上了麥氏原味啤酒,小麥味濃,與香口食物相宜。香草無骨烤雞配燒汁,初時仲猜想無骨意思,原來係已除去胸背骨頭,令用刀叉切時更為順暢,最厲害時廚師炸的雞皮超脆,仿如薯片一樣,而雞肉又嫩又juice ,切下去時肉汁除刀口流出,吸引人馬上一口咬下。整體而言,山旮旯地方,山旮旯食店要多去多去。
