To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去左大澳咁多次，第一次去酒店餐廳食飯，有睇過價錢唔算好貴，服務、裝修、環境同食物質素，都絕對對得起個價錢😂冷氣好涼爽，炎炎夏日黎講，真係避暑一流，勁refreshing，坐低飲杯野，再借埋充電器，完全係幫個人recharge我個日係食夜晚，餐廳唔算多人，不過夜晚太黑，睇唔到海景，但個人黎講，本身餐廳都已經打卡able。我地冇嗌set dinner，只係每人單點個主菜，係夠飽，人均$170，其實可以接受。侍應態度都好親切，會幫手斟水，又教我地點樣去借充電器，食餐飯幫埋電話充電，我自己就最欣賞呢點。
