我久不久就會去東涌outlet shopping，shopping 前梗係要補充體力，今午選了一間環境靚靚的西餐廳「The Upper Deck」午餐，就在Sheraton酒店旁的灣景薈，在東涌站可搭免費Shuttle Bus就能到達！餐廳環境真係好舒服，有落地大玻璃，開揚有海景👍週末都有午市套餐，包括前菜、主菜及甜品。前菜我們點選了廚師沙律，沙律菜用料新鮮，有不同款式的蔬菜，包括生菜、青椒、洋蔥等等，加了沙律香醋帶點酸味，開胃醒神😃主菜揀了炸魚配薯條，廚師烹調的時間掌握得剛剛好，魚皮煎得很香脆至金黃色，魚肉能保持嫩滑可口，即係炸魚能外脆內軟，薯條也炸得香脆，軟硬適中，水準不錯😋今日的甜品意大利芝士蛋糕tiramisu也不會太甜或太膩，吃完甜品非常滿足❤️套餐食物的份量相當足夠，其實兩個人都非常飽（每人主菜都有一件炸魚），不過我們喜歡飲湯，所以另外單點了一個周打海鮮湯，,內有新鮮的青口和蝦肉等，非常美味😋總括來說，這裏寧靜舒服，食物質素又唔錯，服務態度殷勤有禮，是一間不錯的海景餐廳🥰最後值得一提的是餐廳的裝修幾有品味，還有一張桌球枱，客人可以打桌球，不過我們就冇玩囉☺️Every now

Every now and then, I go to the outlet mall in Tung Chung for shopping. Of course, before shopping, I need to fuel up. Today, I chose a beautiful Western restaurant called "The Upper Deck" for lunch. It is located next to the Sheraton Hotel in Bayview Suites, and you can take a free shuttle bus from Tung Chung Station to get there! The restaurant has a really comfortable atmosphere, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open sea view 👍
They have a set lunch menu on weekends, which includes appetizers, main courses, and desserts. For the appetizer, we chose the chef's salad, which had fresh ingredients and different types of vegetables, including lettuce, green peppers, onions, and more. The salad dressing was slightly acidic and very refreshing 😃
For the main course, we chose the fish and chips. The chef cooked it just right, with the fish skin fried to a crispy golden brown, while the fish itself remained tender and juicy. The fries were also crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and overall, it was of good quality 😋
Today's dessert was an Italian cheesecake tiramisu, which was not too sweet or heavy, and we were very satisfied after eating it ❤️
The portions of the set meal were quite generous, and in fact, two people were very full (each person had one piece of fried fish for the main course). However, we like soup, so we ordered a seafood chowder separately, which was delicious with fresh mussels and shrimp inside 😋
Overall, the restaurant has a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, and the food quality is also good. The service attitude is attentive and courteous, making it a nice seaside restaurant 🥰
Finally, it's worth mentioning that the restaurant's interior design is tasteful, and they even have a table tennis table for guests to play. However, we didn't play this time ☺️
