To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺香港，揾一間weekdays有下午茶buffet食嘅酒店殊不容易，jw當然係一個特别嘅存在。24/10/2018同老朋友聚一聚，jw係當然之選，倚坐在窗邊的沙發，望着外邊車水馬龍，談天說地，何等寫意。當日印象最深刻嘅係清甜嘅蜜瓜，配搭salami腸一流！仲有Malaysia creep配榴槤內餡，十分滋味！然後，來個自選材料生滾粥，不過不失啦！其他沙律，刺身，熟食都是普通貨色啦！最後，當然要食甜品，包羅萬有，精緻可人。最後嘅最後，以一杯咖啡味hd雪糕作結。人生享受，也不過如此而巳...
