Only free range meats and eggs are used in their dishes - meaning that there are increased movement, and rightly so, to encourage more vegetarian and vegan options in their menu.

Seafood paella: New Caledonia prawns, littleneck clams, fresh crab meat, Ibérico chorizo, jalapeño, semi-dried tomato, smoked paprika, long beans

Haven't had this level of quality in HK, everything is on fleek, the seasoning, taste, texture, freshness and combination. I enjoyed it throughout!

Free range pork loin: Slow cooked pork cheek, smoked gnocchi, pumpkin purée, maple

The pork cheek was soft, tender and juicy, and loved the chewy gnocchi! Happy dish!
