難得放假,同男朋友去咗將軍澳海旁嘅一間東南亞fusion菜餐廳食飯,一邊望住海景,一邊過一個chill chill 下午☺️~成個環境好正,以為自己去咗外國渡假😂~估唔到水可以揀sparkling or still water,好耐冇飲過sparkling,一於試吓~每台有酒精可以搓手🙏印度烤雞肉~雞肉無骨,啖啖肉,採用東南亞特色醬汁烤製,味道幾特別,香料味滲透在雞肉入面,但唔辣,配搭特製醬汁味道,使味道多一點清新,加入少少檸檬更能帶出鮮味~採用雞脾肉,肉質非常嫩滑,烤焗方式使雞肉能鎖住肉汁,味道juicy~泰式牛肉沙律~係幾開胃的一道菜,因為酸味比較突出,加入檸檬汁令整個沙律更fresh,而且有大量脆脆,口感頗為爽脆,牛肉份量極多,採用一整塊牛扒而且切成一塊塊,牛肉有七成熟,肉質厚實但不韌,肉味濃郁,搭配新鮮沙律食能減低肉膩感~泰式乾炒河粉~一道幾有驚喜的fusion 菜,港式的乾炒牛河採用泰式醬汁炒製,個人應為味道比港式牛河更為豐富,不像港式食法般鹹及油膩,可以選擇雞肉或牛肉,今次嘗試雞肉,想不到泰式醬汁鮮味同雞肉頗為配搭,而且加入豆腐令整個口感更為特別~泰式牛肉碎羅勒葉包~泰式菜怎

泰式牛肉碎羅勒葉包~
泰式菜怎能少得肉碎生菜包,牛肉碎炒得有鑊氣,肉味香濃,不過調味偏重,要配搭生菜包一齊食味道才啱啱好,加入少許辣椒為味蕾帶來少許刺激,牛肉味香濃,生菜包較為細塊,一片生菜不能包太多肉碎,否則會滿瀉~
