Taking a stroll in a nearby district before the start of an event, I got caught and drew by this little chic washitsu-like bakery that stood out from the aging buildings. The burgers all look awesome. I decided to simply go for something interesting - Japanese style Berkshire pork pan fried noodles. The bread of the burger did surprise me - you know it could often be too crunchy or too hard and dense. But this one has a thin crispy outer layer with a tender slightly chewy inside. Love the textur

The burgers all look awesome. I decided to simply go for something interesting - Japanese style Berkshire pork pan fried noodles.


The bread of the burger did surprise me - you know it could often be too crunchy or too hard and dense. But this one has a thin crispy outer layer with a tender slightly chewy inside. Love the texture.
And for the fillings, the tender slices of pork mixing with rich mayonnaise and fried saursed onions reminds me of Okonomiyaki. It’s probably not the most brilliant combination, but it’s definitely a meal of comfort.
