To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾個女仔想響大埔食下飯傾下計，呢到都唔錯㗎，食物好食之餘，價錢又唔會太貴。黎之前最好book位喎，因為店員話星期五六日多啲人，唔想walk-in 等就book定位啦！呢到推介德國豬手，晚餐有set的($168)包湯/沙律 + 飲品，豬手較膩，建議叫沙律。隻豬手超大，三個女仔食就啱啱好，佢好細心咁切到細細舊，唔洗我地同隻豬手搏鬥個皮脆卜卜，啲肉好嫩，好似食緊燒豬咁啊！唔好睇漏個薯蓉，唔係白洽薯仔蓉黎㗎，食一啖你就知啦。另外有酸菜比你配豬手食，等你唔會食到好漏，食多幾舊都得啊！套餐可以加15蚊要薯條，新鮮炸薯條用黎配豬手好夾另外有叫墨汁大蝦青口燴意大利飯（＄68）意大利飯好香啊，佢個飯係較軟的，真材實料㗎因為食到個咀同啲牙都黑哂當然唔少得飲品Apple Cider啦！好細心咁比個杯我地，可以斯文啲咁飲
