名廚介紹紅蝦意粉除了Da domenico 之外必試跑馬地這裡。是這樣的,今晚我們一行三人兩大一小,因為預祝生日,自擄了一瓶opus one,經理說既然是名廚介紹就幫我們waive 開瓶費了。今晚麵包好吃,小朋友不停encore. 我們點了必食推介墨魚仔,非常鮮美嫩滑,難怪每位客人都會點。Oyster tartar 稍為比Belon 遜色一點,期待已久的主角紅蝦意粉閃亮登場,紅蝦的確很美味,但這種意粉我不太懂欣賞,比起一般的紅蝦意粉太硬太實。為了小朋友還點了一個大蜆rissoto 味道還好、有點too creamy 最後唱了生日歌吹過蠟燭我們就告別完美的晚上。🌃
